✅Ingredients (for 3-4 servings)
2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 2 green peppers, 1 red pepper, 15g seaweed (before soaking)
✅Seasoning
1T minced garlic, 2T tuna liquid, 4T plum liquid, 10T vinegar, 1T salt, 6T sugar, 1.2L water
(Adjust to your taste for saltiness and sweetness)
▶Measuring tools used
T: Tablespoon (15ml)
t: teaspoon (5ml)
1 cup (C) = 200ml
