edit: understandably so, a lot of people are mad. i was basing this off of the gameplay that i saw, where he was using alolan whip a LOT. maybe his gameplay outside is different, but that’s what i saw

Man that comeback against Sonix with the Terry was legendary. I was at the venue for it, the atmosphere was fucking electric watching it happen. Everyone collectively popped off when the last power dunk connected cuz we were all so sure that Sonix was gonna clutch it out in the end

Not gotta lie, I literally said to myself if Riddles beats Sonix, hes winning the tournament.
That is exactly what I was saying to my friend when watching the stream. I bet that Riddles can win Leo, I was sure, but if he win Sonix, then he win the tournament. The only difference is that I expected to se him go Terry from the beginning seeing his results against Sonix in online.

Upback tilt destroys incineroars side B and its relatively safe on whiff at side B range.
This means instead of trying to rely on jump out of ledge most of the time, rely on upbtilt. Jump should be more of risk in the matchup
To beat incineroars neutral B, drop shield into electric ( through it) is reliably at close range if you buffer electrics
The fact you laugh like Kazuya sometimes makes it better that you main him 😂

Kazuya vs Incineroar is the most hype matchup because of the characters constantly interacting with each other and the opposite is samus vs sonic

Fun fact: in his grands set at this tournament and their SSC set, Skyjay had a huge lead in the final game but wasn’t able to seal it out. While it is sad to see Skyjay lose, both sets were incredible to watch.
I feel that hollow bastion now exists we should add hazard smashvill back to the stage list

I felt really bad for Sonix. You could tell he was nervous. If he hadn't gone for that F-Smash read on game 5 Riddles, he probably would have won.
I don't feel bad for him in that. You don't get reverse 3-0'd without some fat choking though. I feel bad for him on the next set vs Spargo. You could tell Sonix was out of it and Spargo cooked his ass. Final game was almost a 3 stock and Sonix was on the verge of just SDing.
