Coach, any idea what the name of these smaller training gloves are or where I can acquire them? My travel team would benefit from them for sure. We currently flat hands but at the 10u level, the boys might have more success with something closer to a glove. P.S. I love all your content too!!! Let's GOOOO

First of all, I love all of Kai's videos and drills, I think they are exceptional!! I was wondering what is the purpose of the throwing off the back foot only drill? Is it just practicing aim or is to work on balance... seems like an odd drill to me, but keep the videos coming, they're amazing
@ M St. G - If you have been teaching the 'right-left dance " to shortstops for the garden variety ground ball with no one on base, you would teach the "left-right dance' to have shortstops field the grounder to go for a double play.The stand on one leg drill gets guys used to being on the right foot instead of the left,where they field the ball most of the time. Take a look at that.
I would be more then happy to wear an orange and black hazmat suit if it meant starting the season on time.

Finishes last in the league in fielding percentage and first in errors. I would be embarrassed posting this video. Then again, as a Giant's fan, lately I've seen a lot that the Giants should be embarrassed to do but they seem to do proudly.
