Was the double top plate on the back wall used to lock the back and side walls together or does it serve another purpose? Also what did you nail the soffits to?

Also did you nail your siding boards to your rafters along the top?

Way over done. Plywood sides and put the plastic window on top. 4x4 instead of 5x5.
Cheaper and easier to build.
