Ryan Fitzpatrick has loved watching Tua Tagovailoa grow and mature into the Miami Dolphins leader

I love Ryan!!! Even when we had Tua. I wanted Fitz to see the year out then hand over the reins to Tua but everything works out how it's supposed to in the end. So pumped that he said "we had those two big plays". Forever a dolphin!!!

Good to see Ryan one of my favorites and also as a 66 year old and a 56-year fan of Miami I must say you know the two are transformation is not surprising because you know with age and experience you get stronger the 32 years I spent in the military taught me that so I like the fiery part of a man especially when it's needed and I'm not talking about being disrespectful to law enforcement

Another correction LOL for the for the Open Range comment not the Crooked chair but the Crooked Sheriff and t u a was not himself until last year now he's healthy he can play some really great football and instill the fear in a lot of defensive coordinators hearts he he has just been making plays when plays needed to be made that's what I like

You know on super Speedways NASCAR after the qualification and even before the qualification or should I say trying to win the poll Nascar has the drivers practice a preseason so to speak prior to the race so they can get used to being in race traffic at race speeds so that's what the preseason to me is in football

I'll try to correct my microphone texting I meant to say Tua when I was talking about growing in experience and that kind of thing also our quarterback does not have to throw 300 yards a game to win a lot of great quarterbacks our own Danny Marino threw for a number of 300 yard games and still got beat I remember the Great Dan Fouts beating him in San Diego when they were 11 and old in 1984 I know I was there so let's just play football and not worry so much about the gross stats so to speak

And what a player needs to understand when he gets to the NFL he becomes an ambassador for the NFL and the team that he plays for so you just can't go out and show your tail as grandma would say you know the United States military taught me we were ambassadors when we were overseas we were ambassadors for the United States so our conduct had to be squared away as the Navy would say the same goes for other organizations if you are a member don't put a black mark on something that was pretty much neutral in color and as a graduate of a Law Enforcement Academy I can tell you that police officers we listen to a lot of mouth pretty much every day it gets kind of old and you know just listening to simple instructions could have de-escalated most of that mess but there is a speed limit to be followed and seat belt wearing is the law
