Probably dead battery. They behave strange when that happens. If a fuse had blown it would not start at all. But you should also check the power supply, it might be that it needs a recap.
Just a tad of reverb. But only to highlight how I intended to use the sounds. But there's always a dry version. Nothing has been done more than delay and reverb. No EQ or modulation.
@@DadoSimicStudiostriver I agree. On this demo anyway it sounds brighter than my DW8000 and EX-8000. Interesting. I've been interested in the 6000 for the chorus. Some old built in chorus effects are amazing. Juno 60, Casio CZ, etc.
The filter should be the same (at least I think so) and should not be steppy unless you are editing.? Check out my video on my poly800 and see. It's also fitted with the Hawk800 and Automahawk which I think is a must upgrade for the 800.
In some ways they’re better but no way near as versatile , the 800 has good dco’s that can achieve good synth organ , brass , bass , leeds etc but it’s poor at pads in my opinions unless it’s in dual mode and then it’s only 4 voice poly so you don’t get that classic note overlap with notes ringing out.
Filters are the same as the Poly 61, Poly 800, DSS-1 and DW8000. A really awesome filter indeed
I wish you had a good recovery from your leg injury.
Thank you 🤗
Yes, it recovered just fine! Back at work and just need some more muscles to be 💯 %
Happy to know, man! Looking foward to watch to more videos =D
@@JohnKeyMusic it's on its way 😁
But life is taking its time right now... 🤔

@@No_Nag i have trouble getting tape in level right, always error. Do you have sysex???
@@cdwhiley it will take me some time to get this.
But give me the weekend.
PayPal is sveamannen@gmail.com
@@cdwhiley you fooled me there 🤣
No sysex for this machine.
Very cool! Do i need a Tape deck to load your set on DW 6000?
You get a wav file. So you can use your phone or anything with headphone output.
Great sounds! How do you tune your filters?
They are at factory settings.
Does anyone know why the presets listed on the front panel don't match the ones in the manual? The ones on the front panel don't match the sounds
Mines just making whoosh sounds or extremely rapid oscillator noise... Dead battery? Or blown fuse?

Hey! These sounds are great. Where can I send you an email to get them?
Try nonagrecordings@gmail.com. If that doesn't work, give sveamannen@gmail.com a try 😁
Hi, can these dw 6000 patches be transfered, / send via MIDI as sysex> thank you
@@jarekkotek2719 I only have them as Audiofile. But you can hook DW6000 up to anything that plays audio. Ex. Your phone, laptop or pad.
@@No_Nag Thank you, I love your patch work:)
@@jarekkotek2719 thank you 🤗
These are great patches. But you are using external Fx in this video, don't you?

@@No_Nag thx OK, great. I think i will buy these patches in a few weeks.
@@biggtaote ok. Just give me a shout 😊
They don't sound "better", better for what?
Maybe "different".
"ok"
it still sounds pretty bright and plucky, but it certainly has noticeably its own character and charm .
I would not consider it to be bright, but we have outr own tastes. And yes it surely has it flawour of its own. 🙂
@@No_Nag To me it sounds much brighter then DW8000, at least that is what I hear.
@@DadoSimicStudiostriver I could do a shoot out video as I have both :)
Can be fun.

the oscillators on my EX800 sound way better, but the filter is garbage.
