the thing is, most people don't know how to cook the way antoni does! he shows people how to cook simple things w/in their skill level, so it's easy and encourages them to put even a little more effort into what they're eating! so yeah he may do dips, but he's doing it to make good cooking accessible to the people on the show

Fun tip for making mattresses last a really long time: use really thick mattress toppers (theyre like thick blankets that you put between the mattress and the sheets on top) then use 2 or 3 sheets on top of those. It means that sweat and dead skin cells go nowhere near the actual mattress and it makes the mattress last like at least 15 years ☺
