Why breeding African Cichlids isn’t for everyone

Breeding fish can definitely be fun and rewarding, but to what cost? Live bearers are great and easy. Plecos take a little effort but can be effortless if you wanted. My mbuna on the other hand… no pain no gain I guess! Do you guys have any tips for me aside from separate breeding tanks?
