Good Afternoon Everyone, I want to thank you all for your kind words, but I do want you to realize that anyone can make their tanks look nice by using materials easily obtained from your local fish store. Unlike some others on youtube I try to only use plants that I can easily grow. Any of the Anubias family seem hardy and can be easily attached to wood. So far I have not killed one yet. For in ground plants I stick with the Crypt family, which include Undulata and Lutea. If you ask for Crypts they cost more, for some strange reason. If it is in a pot or little basket it is usually standard pricing, around $5.95. I replied to AniMerci about this, but Pet Supermarket sells Anubias on wood for $16 and soaked wood without plants for $8.
Beautiful new tank. I actually have that 6 gallon Aqueon for my female betta, which I also purchased at a Petco sale. Easy to scape and maintain. I am still amazed at your wood hardscape. Such interesting curves for little hideaways. It's a challenge to source for smaller tanks. But yours always look great!
Thank you so much Ani. I cant speak for all Pet supermarkets, but the ones near me sell the anubias on wood is $16.00 and the wood without anubias should be about $8.
Beautiful new tank 👍👍👍
