Is this the best DIY cheap lid?

And yet again my brain has come up with a new and possibly unnecessary way to create an aquarium lid. Cheap and easy and does what I need. What’s better than that?

I really like the lid. What was the clear plastic sheet that you used? Also the tank looks very cozy for your plecos. I'm sure they'll be very happy in there☺️

Thanks Cheryl! Not sure if the plastic piece has a name but it was in the crafting area at Hobby Lobby. I eyed it before but finally found an application. It’s great because it’s cheap and customizable to whatever your lid needs are.

It’s doing perfect. Only because I used so much of the thicker twin wall sheets
