    Great episode with the masters! Great work with the 2 marathons in a week. Can’t believe… pretty incredible. Enjoy taper you certainly deserve it!!!

      Thank you it is a great accomplishment! Some of my friends also ran Chicago today and have run 3 sub 3s in 3 weeks! It’s amazing stuff. But I’m enjoying the break! 😂

      Thanks! Moreso a recovery. A few days off then 30mins of easy running from Wednesday to Saturday.
