I'm already a great cook ( being from the deep South of East Louisiana ) but you inspire more people then you realize I'm sure. :) ....not to mention she's a dog lover and she was heart broken when Tyler passed as well. But I'm about to try that homemade butter you made on a previous video. Thanks for the inspiration and knowledge.
I made these last night. They were fantastic! no egg but added lettuce and tomato. The boudin I had was rock hard and it was difficult to break it up. I need to try a different brand or cook it a little bit before. Keep the great recipes coming!
The texture of those burgers is next level with the Boudin added. Great idea with the no stick technique with the burgers too. I'll try that on my next Bbq. I love the way you guys cook and the different ingredients you use. Unfortunately here, down under, we dont have axcess to them, but, I'll have to try and find ingredients similar and experiment. My husband cooked these burgers on the Blackstone griddle yesterday. They were the bomb, fanatic!! It had great flavor and was very filling!! I didn't want egg on mine but he loved the egg on his. I did put mayonnaise and ketchup on my bun. It was so good we had another one today. I think there is two or three left over for tomorrow. Thank you for the how to video. This is our kind of groceries!!💙💚

Sometimes when my family didn't eat all the gumbo I made, and we mix our rice in with our gumbo, anyway next morning for breakfast I take that gumbo from the fridge, and I add some egg and flour, amd I make Gumbo pattys on the Blackstone. Let me tell you, it's soooo good.
