also suggest carlisle brand ribbed turf tire (part#5180311), biggest they have for 6" wheel is 16" x 6" x 6" (4 ply) for only $56 ea. only weigh 5.9 pounds, yours weigh 11 pounds (21x 8 x 6), these are smaller but a good alternative and compromise especially weight and price.will mount on azusa 6" wheels as well.
Thanks for these clues! I found Carlisle #508040 Turf Glide tires also look promising. Profile is closer to the Aero Classic too 18-8.00-6 4ply & about 8#s Tire & tube for about $84 on Amazon
I am glad to see you are going in that direction I have already been going there in my head I am Wayne from North Alabama and I'm going to build my legal eagle with bush style wheels also but I'm going to be using different materials they will be super lightweight I can't wait.
It's a great design and lends itself to mods but it's important to take into account the trade offs when adding weight to a very light aircraft. I'm only 160lbs so have some wiggle room when it comes to extras.
My thoughts exactly. Let us know how the nylon wheels hold up. There are some carslile lawnmower tires that some guys are using that may be a lighter set up but im anxious to see how your set up goes.👍
I got the tyres and tubes from here www.waggabiketyres.com/lsa_tyres.html Search for AERO CLASSIC 21x8.00x6 TUNDRA The industrial grade tubes are lighter and under $30 each.

Hey, can You share information about place (shop or web shop) you purchased these tyres? Thanks
The links are in the description. Shipping costs can add up though so you may want to investigate someone local to you too.
Did you consider using fat bike tires? Maybe lighter weight? Also a bigger diameter would make rolling over terrain easier.
I considered a few different options and you could certainly go for that which I beleive has been done before too.
