gosh, this is one of my favorite songs of the year. and ahh, I just love annie's stage presence during it. really fitting with the lyrics. just kinda involuntary movements. impulsive jumps. it looks manic after the drumroll, and that's how it's supposed to be! thanks for uploading. I was supposed to see her in brooklyn tomorrow, but now i'm not able to go. can only imagine how great of a show it is!
Jason Falkner on guitar, I think Rachel Eckroth plays the synthesizer and Mark Guiliana on drums. I think it is Charlotte Kemp Muhl on bass not Paz Lenchantin (although I maybe wrong).
Broken Man dun went in ham on this right here, straight up *fire*! Broken Man so slept on cuz they aint just watching that short *on my channel* which explains how all them rappers be going so viral these days... seem like anyone can go viral using the method on my channel
It's part of the album vibe (didn't you hear the chorus "What're you looking at?"). Also her on-stage panties are almost outer-wear, she has multi-layer gussets as she does a lot of crowd surfing... (I know a girl who crowd-surfed once, and only once. She said she's surprised she didn't get a yeast infection.)
Something is not right here. An artist may evolve from charming self-consciousness to ironic self-parody. But what exactly is this performance? I see nothing charming, nothing ironic, nothing poignant, nor even anything particularly honest. The lyrics seem to be mashup of vaguely religious imagery and who knows what.
Whatever happened it was after leaving her old producer John Congleton & not positive. She went with Jack Antonoff & the world doesn't need another Taylor Swift. This isn't an example of that, but sort of an acting out: cathartic release of contrarian realization? She WAS being ironic in "Cruel" writing, "Can't you see what everybody wants from you? If you could want that too, then you'll be happy."
Great song and great knickers .
she really likes to show them 😉
and you can feel that she likes to show it 👁
I see London, I see France……..
I see St. Vincent´s boring White Underpants 😳
Don’t anybody get confused. A real musician who can play guitar and write her own songs. Beautiful.
This song would have fitted perfectly on Peaky Blinders, had they been released concurrently.
Grat Annie! Thanks so.much. 🤟😎♥️

Sooooo gooooood! Anyone knows the line up?

@@RushtonWarwick You're right, it is Charlotte on Bass, my bad. I'll delete my first reply.
More originality and talent out of a singer/composer/guitarist than we've seen in 20 years! This is how Rock should look in the 21st Century.
Lol
Direct copy of PJ Harvey.
Or to put it another way, pretentious bollocks.
Wow , surely hope not but enjoy
Great show. Pulls out all the stops.
She can do no wrong. New album is great.

She’s a great artist. So glad she’s moved beyond her silly Karaoke shows.
Very cool!
Goddess
Its like a karaoke bar in thai land
Kristen Ritter on bass
P J Harvey ish
Yeah sorta on this song. But they both have a lot of different sides to them.. Love them both.

HOMBRE ROTO
I'm not a fan of the 'look up my skirt at my panties' thing.
Annie I understand. But you know we men are special 😳
It’s fine with me. Actually it’s an essential part of her act.

@@Shaun.Stephens You seem to know your stuff well.
For me this is a normal white slip 🤷🏻♂
Too much Gaga, not enough PJ.
