this has probably been pointed out by everyone else on the internet fifty thousand times, but we seriously only noticed this the other day.
the music from the skerries stage in blast corps for the n64 is, in fact, an upbeat remix of the boss battle music from donkey kong land for the game boy.
this is like that 'the clouds are bushes!' thing from super mario bros., except for your ears. your mind is totally blown, admit it. we'd hassle rareware about it on twitter but they might make us take it down. and that would kinda suck.

Ah yes, I knew about this for ages, but come to think of it, I never tried playing them at the same time and altering the speed to sync them...
