- Its finally here and as promised, here is an unboxing of the Arcade1up Marvel vs Capcom Cabinet. Watch as my father and I assemble it and mod the sticks along with the buttons. I will give you my first impressions of the cabinet out of the box and wait for the review coming soon.

Bruh, that view of them at the sticks and you looking in between them, man that just brought back so many memories. Seeing everybody crowded around a new game and me pushing thru the crowd trying to get a peek 🤣🤣 this premiere was super classic broski 🍻😎

Great review Mugen! The cabinet looks amazing, sounds good, and it's much taller than I expected it to be. Sadly I wasn't able to get one, due to the 1-up pre-order shenanigans, but I'm still motivated in finding one. It was very wholesome seeing you and your father build the cabinet together, and on top of that you played it with your family as well. Great inclusion to the video man, I really enjoyed it.
loved playing that for hours on the Sega Dreamscape . . . the OG Arcade version was mind blowing with all the character choices. ..would love to have that in my home someday!

Nice vid, having the fam helping out and also playing is fun. I love the yellow and blue color pick! I may do the same if I replace my buttons again because my first swap just stuck to the same default stock colors. Online with the older titles has been fun lately too with the flood of new mvc2 cab owners joining in. Hopefully mvc2 is up and running soon. Hope you enjoy the games!

Hell yeah man got mine too! first thing i did was put Sanwa buttons and a balltop on the stick now this shit is SOOOOO much better to control and feels great. Cant wait for the lobby to open!
Yea definitely can't wait for the lobbies to open we gotta play sometime. Yea I had to swap out the sticks and buttons it makes a biiiiiiiiiiig difference!

Worth the purchase man. Honestly took me by surprise that it has X-Men Mutant Apocalypse and War of the Gems. Both good games on the Snes beat em up. Thanks for the review and the insider on this. 🔥💯
Yea man I've been had fun with it since this review. The modden sticks amd buttons are responsible for the fun factor.
Personally like the Marvel versus Capcom on one side better than the two side

Oh wow that's awesome! Yea i took a 3 year break to finish college and got my life together. I returned officially in 2015 and been playing catch up sense but finally found my groove. Even though i moved on from mugen its still a part of me and i still have all of my mugen resources I've collected over the years.

Dude this might be the best arcade1up to date. All of my favorite games. My sweet lord I would play this until my fingers fell off.
I had to jump on this because it has all the Versus games and thats nuts. I know there are people out there that believes we are getting ripped off because we can just use Fightcade or build our own cabs but thats not for me. I see these machines as a piece of Furniture that fits nicely in your room while providing some of the titles of the past that your grew up playing back in the day.

I just saw that arcade 1up is releasing another Marvel vs Capcom 2 deluxe. Featuring 8 fighting games 🎮 it will release April 25 2024

8 hours? Jeez lol. Its faster when you have two people working on it. Yea assembling is the fun part, the anticipation of seeing it complete is just bliss.

I modded mine and threw the PCB in a big blue SF shell, threw some coin buttons on the front and made it functional. I do have custom graphics coming and a marquee
Yo that's awesome, I am thinking of replacing the marquee. I really hope we get a Street Fighter Alpha Cabinet announced at some point.
@@MugenLordThat would be awesome. I can probably fit one more machine in my arcade with a total of 8 machines. I had to convert my TMNT to a 2 player control panel to fit MVC2
@@ej86 Yea I don't have the room gotta wait until I move into my bigger house sometime next year. I really want to wait until a few more announcements of cabs, so I am more so holding out. Plus the longer I wait the tend to become cheaper to buy.
The fact that it comes with Marvel vs Capcom 2 and no online play out the box, is a deal breaker. No thanks!

Yea everything is unlocked because the game can be played online with other people who has the cabinet. Everyone needs to have the characters in order to be synced with one another.

So this "mvsc 2" has no lighting deck??
How do the sticks feel? I replaced the stock buttons with Sanwa buttons and am very satisfied. But I'm not confident in replacing the stick. I swapped out the octagate for a squaregate though. Great video!
The sticks are awesome, love them better than Sanwa sticks. It has the high quality legit arcade feel to them.
Where did you get the sticks from? I’m thinking about modding mine so it can have that old school feel to it. Great video, awesome teamwork!

Good question, I plan on waiting to see what other announcements they make before jumping the gun on buying another cabinet. Once I move into the bigger house I would love to eventually get X-Men or the TMNT cabinet. I am waiting to see if we get a Time Crisis announcement and I also want to see if there will be a Street Fighter Alpha Cabinet.

@@vaultnurse3365 Yea I could grab the collection but Arcade1up is more like furniture, you are creating a gaming atmosphere for your room or hobby lounge. I think that is the best part about the cabs.
