    I think the biggest mistake we made with the immune system is to call it our defence system.
    My car has a radio in it but i would be pretty stupid to call it a sound system and not a vehicle. It does play music but it's primary function is transportation. Our immune system does defend us but it isn't it's primary function.
    The immune system is the maintenance system not the army. We've been asking the question, "why does the immune system attack the host?" for over 50 years and we still cannot answer it.
    Try this one, maybe we will get somewhere with it.
    Why is the maintenance rushed of it's feet doing frequent major repairs?

      it is a defense system because it can be used to manipulate population behavior by governing powers.(you can use your imagination for that). many vaccination induce these autoimmune responses to "non significant" numbers or "vulnerable" populations and evidently end up killing the patient slowly. The governing powers use this to defend themselves and the public from the selected individuals. Biological warfare has been happening for a long time now. Way before settlers would induce these auto "defense" system responses with the old smallpox and blanket trick. now its used with vehicles including professionals who have been programmed to believe they are administering one thing when they have no clue what they REALLY are doing.

      If the doctors do further research on why does immune system attack and finds the cure that would have been great:(

    I'd like see doctors in my life that have really worked together to help me as a patient. I've always just felt like this body part or that body part. Seem like there's no concern how "medications" affect a person and cause other problems on top of other problems. Medicines (?) to me coverup/suppress this symptom or that symptom and create more symptoms to give more medications to coverup symptoms, etc... Patients suffer and doctors get wealthy and patients quality of life goes down and get poorer and go broke and die.

    The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease - Thomas Edison
    I just got diagnosed with an auto-immune type chronic inflammatory disease. My doctor did not once ask me about my diet and the many inflammation causing foods I eat. We eat more genetically modified foods than ever, more food made in labs and our doctors don't ask about our diets. They write prescriptions, go to conferences and talk about new medications, never food as medicine. it's quite sad.

      I fully agree Elisha. IMO autoimmune disorder is just a name slapped on diseases that we dont understand. I frankly dont believe in it. There are causes for these things we simply dont understand. The current Covid crisis shows very well, how little our Western medicine understands. And yes diet is key, I have been suffering from chronic lyme disease or PTLDS with heavy arthritis for the last 8 months, which is basically uncurable, but I have had a lot of success with diet. I fast a lot, reduced meat, wheat, carbs etc and supplement a lot with whole plants/herbs. The progress is slow but I can feel it every day, its been an amazing journey and I am truly humbled by the insights into my body that this disease has allowed me to get. A lot of these diseases are great teachers, we just need to listen. Anyways, I wish you good self healing and all the best!

    • @Icerollstar1
      @Icerollstar1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've read an article on SAPHO syndrome that one hypothesis is that it might be caused by certain bacterias that live in the guts that feed on starch, so reducing starch intake can reduce their amount and reduce symptoms. So, there might be some scientific basis to this, but a total carnivore diet is probably wayyy overboard, you can probably just cut out starch and sugar but eat veggies for the fibre.

    • @Ida-Adriana
      @Ida-Adriana 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Daniel Wong - There are antinutrients in vegetables and grains, lectins etc, gluten and gliadin are morphine like molecules and harmful in the long run. Antinutrients stop the bioavailability of the minerals and vitamins, meat is the easiest to digest for sick people with autoimmune. It's not new anyways, look up dr Weston Price's research on the tribe people. Native americans used to get 'rabbit starvation' when there was no bison around and they lacked the fat in their diets to make neurotransmitters and they would get very depressed, I believe. BTW you say it's 'probably' overboard, that is not good enough for people who have been very sick for a long time and not getting help from doctors. Maybe you should watch some interviews with ex vegans who destroyed their bodies without meat and fat.

    • @Icerollstar1
      @Icerollstar1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Ida-Adriana I didn't even say that people should cut out either meat or fat so i don't see how protein poisoning is relevant here.
      Also, like you said, Native Americans get 'rabbit starvation' despite eating lots of meat so clearly being vegan isn't a contributing factor to getting 'rabbit starvation'. I do hope that you are aware that 'rabbit starvation' is called 'rabbit starvation' not because they weren't eating enough rabbits but eating too many rabbits because rabbit meat has a very high protein-to-fat ratio.

    • @Ida-Adriana
      @Ida-Adriana 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Icerollstar1 What on earth are you talking about, I never mentioned protein poisoning. I obviously do know what rabbit starvation means, I clearly explained that they were eating rabbits due to a lack of buffalo, and the rabbit lacked the fats their brains needed. Vegetarians and vegans have terrible mental health and cognition due to the lack of amino acids and fats, all these are neurotransmitters required for optimal health. Seed and vegetable oils and spreads are poison and they only ended up in the human food chain because of corruption and incompetence.
