Trickster should have been CC, inhaling incense causes different status effects. Like tarring, drenched, etc. Summoning the corpses of defeated foes, to make a “pet”, would have been awesome as well.
Trickster would have been better if everything did not require so much to set up (usually the enemy is already dead from my pawns attacks before I'm even ready setting up a deadly trap) And we need 6 to 8 skill slots instead of just 4. 4 is only enough to set up just 1 situational trap while being unprepared for all other scenario's. And its not like two sets of four skill slots would be impossible, DD1 did it.
Woulda made the perfect solo class, clones instead of pawns, snares, traps, a bunch of skills etc just troll but no comment I won’t play that class that simple
Agreed, I feel like the trickster has huge potential to be really fun, manipulating AI is always fun while watching them goof about. Right now it feels alright but it is way too restrictive and underdeveloped.

like u mentioned in your description: too much setup for a few kills, when other classes do that in seconds. the trickster is a fun concept, but not that great of an execution imo
In other video it was shown that the trickster suffers in 1v1 battles against bosses. All he can do is kite bosses with his illusory duplicates, occasionally buff allies and when all else fails, he swings his censer for a pitiful amount of damage.

The Whimsical Daydream censer was worth finishing the riddles with the Sphinx. Luckiest strike so far was on a hobgoblin that netted 50,000 gold. Usually get 10's, 100's gold on each strike on an enemy.
It's a good class to level as their are some good augments that help U get alot of seekers tokens etc. I got the special daggers for the thief and can now find treasure easily as well.
@@DovahVokunaI wouldn't be as upset about it being gone if Trickster had some actual ways of dealing direct damage. Warfarer. Thief + archer.

Love setups
Love ai manipulation
