Excellent video and information. I was planning to get the dual axis knee guards as well and this is the exact concern I had for scratching on the tank because the guards are made of hard plastic. And you just confirmed it. My plan is to still get it but I would put thick pieces of foam on the area where they touch of the tank to prevent any scratches. I should get it in next few weeks and will let you know how it goes thank you
at 7 minutes when you're describing how loose the locking pins feel its because you have no tension on it. If it was tight around your leg, they would have tension and would not feel loose.
I'll have to go with the 3DF, it's working great for me and seems quite durable, no issues with it at all, if you don't mind the bulkiness it's great! I still wear them almost every ride.
You're welcome. I can't tell really as I always wear them under my riding jeans. If you wore slim jeans I think it should probably work fine, but with looser fit jeans I can't say one way or the other.
@@Death666wish to answer your question, your videos would be improved if you rehearsed and had some notes to follow. The long pauses and rambling are a little frustrating. The 11 minute video could have been presented in 5 minutes or less with focus. Having said all that thanks for recording it, I got some good information from it and I appreciate you providing your insights 🙂

You're welcome, glad I could help 😄
They stay put you just have to pull harder to force the inside pin to the smallest part of the hole.

That never crossed my mind! Thanks!! Well, good thing I'm not the kind of guy to throw stuff away haha
Which one is better?

Thanks. I just ordered a pair from revzilla. How do they fit over jeans?
