Seeing this fusions setup makes me want to modify mine so much more! I'm thinking of maybe a "muffler delete" or actually am exhaust but I'm not sure which to go with.

I just got a 2016 2.0 fusion. I have no real plans to add power to a car as slow as these are...lol really like the fusion and am happy with every thing the car offers.

Hayden Green You can buy the ST badges on eBay. And to tint your headlights, you can use tinted/smoked transparent vinyl and put it on the headlights just as you would a vinyl wrap. But to be honest, you dony want to negatively affect your visibility at night. I had smoked vinyl on my headlights, but took them off foe safety purposes.
Cool car Jake! Fellow 2016 Fusion owner here. Nothing against your car or anything but why put the ST badges on the 1.6 ecoboost? Why not just spend a bit more and get the 2.0 ecoboost. I test drove all three engines for the 2016 year and the 2.0 is way sportier than the smaller ones. Love all your mods, definitely makes the aggressive fusion styling that much better!
Brandon Stasny I have the 2.0L turbo and decided to put a red with chrome "Turbo" emblem on my Fusion's grille. I wanted to add some color and that did the trick very well.
@@FreeTrapMoney His car has a 1.6 in it. He removed the ecoboost badge. Too bad the 2.0 only came in AWD. A 2.0 in a FWD car would have been quicker than AWD if you could control wheel spin.

The single exhaust tip indicates it is a naturally aspirated 2.5 L4. The ecoboost models have dual exhaust tips that are integrated in the bumper on each side. It would also have ecoboost badge on the lower right trunk lid.
It’s a 1.6 ecoboost turbo. I took the badges off the car. Even though I do not own the car anymore you are wrong. The dual exhaust fusions have the 2.0 ecoboost turbo. Know your facts.
Sick looks! I have a question though.. what brand of spray paint did you use for the wheels? Is it black engine paint with clear coat to make it shine?

So I drove my focus ST on highway the other day, I saw a fusion "ST", and I was like what the duck is going on??? I the dude was weaving in and out of the lanes like a pro lol. Back in 3rd gear pulling right on his side, give him a lovely look, and somehow he just wanna keep distance behind me and stop weaving...

nice fusion man. i have one myself and i was thinkin about plastidipping my headlights with 2 or 3 light coats.. do you think bugs will stick to it or not im also doin my tails did u tape off the silver part of the tails how u do it?
Yeah I would not recommend plastidip on the headlights at all, bugs will most likely stick to them but the finish doesn't look good at all when the light is shining through
Yea I was curious about changing the stock speakers and adding a sub and maybe a extra pair of 6x9s but wasn't sure of the wattage from the fusions stock sound system. Also could the divider on the front grille be done with vinyl as well?
I added two 6 x 9s in the back of my 2013..I couldn't believe it didn't have any..also added two 12s in the trunk with a 600 watt amp..sounds awesome but gotta have seats down for the best sound..these cars are insulated well
In Europe, they actually offer a Ford Mondeo (Fusion) ST. Essentially its just the 2.0T That comes in the fusion with just added sport suspension and an ST style grille.
Love it. I plasti-dipped the grille on my Sleeper Edition. B/C of the darkside color-I even thought about retro-ing the emblem off a 1970/71 torino on the grille.
Javaris Kobbinz, I also live in Illinois. I've been pulled over 2 times with no tickets by IL State Troopers. Even with 3% combined tint. I just play dumb lol. Sometimes I roll my windows down if I see one up ahead, or open my sunroof to bring in the light. But honestly, the coopers don't really bug me.
honestly it's kinda ricey.... st badges, carbon fiber badges, black painted wheels..... but it looks AWESOME! i want to do something like this to my fusion
+jake hensler what did u use to hook up ur amp n sub to the stock unit i have a 2013 fusion se that has same unit as u have,and wanting to put my 12 inch subs and my 1000 watt amp and not wanting to cut any kind of wires. ive tried looking for a interface add on kit but cant find one for this model anywhere......going nuts not having my system in my new fusion..any help would b awsome...
I used a kicker sub wiring kit that was compatible with my sub and amp, the kit was around $100 also if you keep the stock head unit like I did you must buy a high to low converter, it's about $35 and that should fix your issues
will u get the same effect as u would with an aftermarket unit with thys high to low converter?and the wiring kit is that the one used for the ground and power to the amp? or is it diff wires? i do all my own installation but these newer cars and technology makes it a lilmore tricky. not an expert but all my systems sounded good so looking for same...never used a high to low converter before so this is new to me. appriciate your help.

First off im so Dizzy from going in Circles ur windows are way do dark im not sure why u need them that dark another thing i see to much paint on grills and u painted head lights Peeling off in a couple years but i guess if u like it thats all that Counts i mean i like the look to just watch that paint it might peel i hav 2007 i just orderd black grill im not doing anything with lights because all of the ass holes on the road good luck with car fusion usual run great and are Dependable👍
With all of your custom looks, which looks great, why have a front plate? It takes away from your front end. I don't have a front plate on my Fusion and it looks WAY better! Nice car though!
Thanks man, but I unfortunatly live in Illinois which requires a front plate by law. Also I live in the capital which houses the Illinois state police dept. so it's pretty enforced here.
+Jake Hensler I live in California, same laws. My point is, there's so much illegal stuff on it anyway, why not take the plate off. I also have the tinted windows which is probable cause to get pulled over and get a ticket. Technically, if the plate is on the front dash and visible, you're good. I went a couple sizes higher on my wheels, I put 20's on mine. :) have a great day!

The ST badges are hilarious they should definitely be taken off. The tinted headlights and tail lights effect visibility, but it's all on you man.

Lol I've got an SE and it's a 2.5L nonturbo engine. Same one he has. No Ecoboost badge on his car.

It's called VHT nightshade. You can get it at orielys auto. I just masked around the tail lights and sprayed it on
