Yep that’s exactly it! Line holder is where I know my trips and schedule in advance and reserve is being “on call” so you fill in last minute a lot more and don’t know your flying or trips

Oh no they don’t pay me enough to fly the plane! Haha that’s a big responsibility. And we only fly the E175s at the moment :)
