The water only sign 😂 I’m a flight attendant for Scandinavian Airlines and a coworker of mine told me she once found a pair of undies in the hotel water kettle. Since I heard that I always boil up water twice to clean the kettle lol
As soon as I check in, paper napkin on the door eye hole, slippers bathrobe on order, curtains closed in the middle by those hangers that have hooks for pants, all mugs, glasses water kettle washed with soapy water lastly kettle is boiled with water, bed sheets and quilt checked while water is boiling, give out laundry if the chaperone comes to the door for pick up, check I have my green tea sachet and water bottles on each side of the bed, sleep first, if I can’t then I get out the inners for duty return flight and shoes are polished, skincare cosmetics and medicines in the bathroom cupboards
For bag tags, find a nice tray with sides and handles. Glue bag tags to base and cover with a layer of resin, or could also use Perspex. Then have it out in display. Functional and a great talking point.
I’ve been an Emirates flyer ever since my son was born and I love it. My son too. Your vlog is very interesting and well done. As a passenger, it’s very insightful.
I would trim the bag tags and stick/glue in a traveler’s notebook dated insert, sort of a work diary-log. You can add instax photos or print from your phone, plus doodles or notes about the trip. Some hotels, tourist locations in Japan will add a stamp to your traveler’s notebook- I’m sure other locations have them, too.
Just retired after flying for a US Legacy carrier...Like you I saved various tags, tickets and the odd bits & bobs....then mounting them as a collage in a poster-size frame for my den. Visitors spend time looking at them and asking questions...
Thoroughly enjoyed this video and the insight it provides. For the bag tags frame them according to an order you like (maybe by location or time), have them laminated into a table top or even make the part of a feature wall in your home. I like the first 2 ideas so you can move with them though. All the best!
Maybe have jars with a sticker on it saying a country you have been to. Then place the suitcase stickers in them. It would be a way to organize them as well as seeing which country you have been to most. Great video!

What about making a large picture collage of them? Get whatever size picture frame, a same sized poster board, take double sided tape to put them on the poster board until it’s full.

I loooove your vlogs! I am a German living in Brisbane. I always fly with Emirates so I had my fair share of those DXB to FRA flights haha. I am also a very anxious flyer (why did I move to the other side of the world?!) but I love love looooove the behind the scenes and airport vibe 😂
For your bag tags that you're saving you could try making a collage or a piece of furniture or something with epoxy over it I think that would look really cool!

id say a travel photo album you can place the tags under the country name like chapters and place the photos along side no matter how many you have of the same destination i think it be a beautiful memory to have in the future in your older years for reminiscing or for your future family to view😄💖.
😅😅I remember when I was on holiday, we had ordered uber eats and it was Nando’s. The next day I was really hungry and wanted to finish off the Nando’s so I heated it up in the kettle 😂

WoW...i never thought that after over 20years they could make life as a crew more time consuming and complicated... In my time, as last minute standbys we were picked up an hour prior to take and taken straight to the plane where pursor would mini brief you, no picking up blankets or headphones after a flight, no constipated duty free paper work...

Thanks for the support! Indeed they are, but it’s to uphold a high standard! They require crew to carry pyjamas in case they have a delay whether during the flight or on ground, leading to crew rest within the flight or a layover in a different location or even the crew bags not getting loaded and at least the crew have something other than their uniform to wear ❤️🫶

The tube looked familiar, but I couldn't recall the brand. I also use the Cera Ve products. They work so well. I am a big believer in Noxema as well for cleansing the skin. I've used it all my life and have never had a pimple. I also use Cover Girl (cheaper, but Noxema based), and I swear by it for flawless skin even at my age now. Anyway, if you could share the mascara brand, I would appreciate it. It was so great to see you. You're as beautiful and graceful as always. We look forward to your next video. Put your bag tags in a shadow box. Some have an opening at the top so they just slide in. Fold them so the city shows and secure it.

In COVID Quarantine in Sydney - locked in a hotel room for 2 weeks, monitored by the military - I boiled jars of pickled vegetables, to preserve them
