For those who came to Australia on a COVID working visa and are now applying for a student visa, please expedite their applications. Whether they stay or return to their home countries, it would help if their waiting period limited their ability to work full-time. Jobs and housing are very hard to secure right now, and there are so many people who have been waiting for months, continuing to work full-time while awaiting their visas. Some even seem excited by the delays. Please, give Australian citizens and permanent residents the chance to have a stable life again.
So many get pr straight away. Which means they can study really cheap . Get financial help. Get housing help . And medicare. And have no jobs. They are more intefested in studying and getting higher paid jobs than the jobs the govefnment intends for them.

changes are for subclass 400 not for 482. There is only one change for 482 visa.
