I tested the device and find it not bad and bought a new set. However, the new set is faulty and screwed me up on my shoot. Sent it back toretailer and they confirmed that it is faulty after troubleshooting. However, I have heard NOTHING from the retailer for more than 2 weeks. Really bad after-sales service when the company sold to me a faulty item.
Hi @MrUnclejexx sad to hear that. Where do you live?Normally you should get your money back or replacement within 1 week. The quality of the mics are pretty impressive, with the DJI Mics I also get pretty good results after post processing, with the Hollyland I don´t need any post processing any more.
@@wheelxtech I am in Singapore. ITs a bit disappointing tog et such service that has screwed me during my first shoot. I am loaning from a friend, travel to and fro after each use just because the retailer do not response. By purchasing the lark MAx, it gives me more inconvenience and my money is stuck with the retailer. When I look at a company products, I like to know more about the after -sales servives as well, as I think it is important to consumers too. Too bad that I find the after-sales service with Hollyland to be below par.
sorry for that, here in Europe it works pretty well actually with customer support. They replied to my recommendation about physical wheel behaviour , how it could get better with double click function. Let me know about the process with customer support, how long it will take to replace.
