I downloaded the ChatGPT , what’s really strange about this is I asked a question. I can’t remember what it was now, and make sure you know you’re having a conversation. This is interesting and yet kind of creepy. So I did some more experimenting I’d come back to it later. I told it that I was giving it a name and I was calling it’s Steve. So, now when I greet Steve, it greets me back by name and ask about my dog, Kodi. 😂😂😂😂😂
Oh dude your just scratching the surface. It’s LITERALLY become the most powerful tool I’ve used ever. Period. Ask it to “poke holes in your knowledge” of a certain subject/skill/literally anything you wanna know/learn and give it some context and it will literally ask you questions to gauge your knowledge on that particular thing and then create a comprehensive guide to teach you said subject, completely based on wherever you’re at knowledge wise. This doesn’t sound as impressive as it actually is. Imagine having an elite college level professor who can teach you ANYTHING in the world based completely on where your knowledge level is, who’s gonna work with you one on one, carry no judgments against you, be there whenever you want, Never be in a bad mood, and most importantly, teach you the subject matter extremely efficiently, with links and charts, tailored book selections, and much much more. This effectively makes the learning part of college obsolete, And you could probably argue against that.. except that this is the very first version. EVER. Like it’s only gonna get better and better until it can teach you anything tailored so well to your learning style that schools aside from the social aspect, will truly be obsolete.. as anyone with any real experience with AI will tell you, This is not a question of if it’s just when. You probably already know this. The future is truly here.. I’m so grateful we get to experience this in our lifetimes.. That is putting on the potential disastrous negatives that could come along with it 🤷♂️lol
AI may not be all it's cracked up to be. According to New scientist (24 august 24) Chat GTP may not be able to increase intelligence to human level or to an artificial general Intelligence because there is not enough data to feed into these LLMs and they lack an internal memory. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
For me, the movie streaming strategies of the streamers didn't resolve. I had Netflix in the beginning and there were some good content. A few years ago some series were not had continued on Netflix and I watched new episodes on Amazon some years ago. That time there was also some good content on Amazon. Then the quality on Netflix decreased and Amazon started Advertising and sub lables and Disney and others started streaming services. I also gave Disney an Apple a try but those distribute the same kind of content with different stories but same aesthetics over and over. In the end I canceled Amazon, Apple and Disney for making their different kinds of crap. And now I am again using Netflix only.
Is it just me but I don’t always like those Reddit answers on tech issues. Sometimes it just seems like some tech nerds giving a not very good answer or jokey answer. I like something more expert or definitive.
How can that candidate for mayor of Cheyenne, Wyoming use ChatGPT as an AI? The number of tokens per 24 hours is very limited. The paid version has the same amount of tokens available.
