You can use a sushi mold.
What if I used real purple yam? If ok, what will be the weight in gram?

I like your idea bro but we're not supposed to be using foil especially when directly cooking and touching the food maybe layer it first with parchment paper to avoid directly touching the food but I'm not 100% sure if that's acceptable as per health safety concerns. We need to educate people otherwise many will die before their time...
I appreciated ur concern bro. But foil is widely use in the kitchen, and ofcourse you need to use it properly. Foil is bad if u use it directly in contact with fire or if the food is acidic and salty coz it may react to the substance and direct fire..
