How To Install Freeze Plugs / Expansion Plugs

This video portrays the proper way to install expansion plugs also known as freeze plugs the proper way. yes you can use a bearing race to install your freeze plugs but this is a more realistic way to install them as well as the oil galley plugs.
These plugs are used to keep the two fluids inside of an engine inside. the oil and the coolant. If ether of these get below a certain level it can cause catastrophic engine failure. I have never had a fluid loss on an engine using this method.
