I would think that too many flavors would kind of confuse the palate. But in general I'm all for burger sauces, even if it's just a Thousand Island dressing. Makes the burgers better and juicier!
I have tried this recipe again and again, it never disappoints. I have adopted this sauce as a staple burger sauce, it complements burger well. Thank You!
Wow thank you so much I have just made some and can't wait too put this on my beef burger I will never need to go too Mcdees or Burger King again. This is so on point I added some piri Piri power too mine
Just made this! It was delicious. I added a little bit of Uncle Chris's seasoning, and it was perfect. I almost want to replace the mustard with dejon mustard, and add a little bit of pickle relish. For an almost Big Mac sauce taste!
The Hamburger dressing at the old Y-Nots burger place on Pacific Ave, in Tacoma, Washington back in the 60's/70's was memorable. Wish I had that recipe. Their fries sauce seemed similar to the recipe featured here. We used to go on Tuesdays? Wednesdays? for the '5 for a dollar' burger special. We would take my big old 41' Cadillac and grab TV trays out of the trunk and set them up in the back seat and pig out. Fun times on the cheap. And then there were(still?) the hamburgers with sauteed onions at the Puyallup Fair... but that is another story from back in the day.
Thanks for sharing your memories, I can relate to your experience, I remember am amazing vanilla/cream dessert from the country I was born, and that I used to eag when I was a little girl in the 80s and it was also memorable, I wish I had that recipe. Do you remember how did this hamburger dressing was? what do you thnk it was its ingredients?
Just a quick note, I wouldn't use an entire lemon because here in Australia at least they grow pretty huge. Also there's absolutely no need to add salt considering Ketchup, Mustard and Hot Sauce all contain more than enough salt 😂
I’ve been making my own sauces like this for decades. You can basically mix anything you want together with whatever spices you like. Basic recipe starts with mayo, ketchup and mustard…..adjust proportions according to your taste.
I usually only do burgers on Sunday evening but I was excited to try this sauce. I got a few of the missing ingredients from a supermarket tonight. Made the sauce. I think I squeezed the hell out of the lemon to get too much juice so it came out a bit more runny side but still good. Tried it on my burger. I already use paprike and garlic one side, salt pepper on the other, pickles and grilled onions. Brioche buns but this sauce gave the panini burgers some kick with the buffalo sauce, mustard, mayo (nevber used mayo on a burger before but was interested in trying it. Burger sauce came out pretty good. Thank you for an easy to follow recipe.

Burger taste yummy with each bite u manage to take 🤣as at first look, one need to decide which angle to start eating without end up looking like greedy foodie with wide open mouth trying to fill with it saving it from falling on ground or spoiling it's placement in the burger to hav multiple taste in one, of softness of bun to fragrance of veggies n creaminess of mayoo😋😋😍😍.. We try our best to have it all in mouth with minimum loss 😂😂🤣.. In that process, we try different ways, but at the end, a sacrifice is needed, either eat it in messy looking way or let it fall in plate which u later pick nd eat separately😂... Usually it happens in big burger, not with baby burgers🤣... Battle begins, be ready soldiers😂😂😂.. We fight this battle, end up choosing one way to loose nd win its flavours nd yumminess 🤣
Here is a simpler but tastier version, often found in fast food chains. 100 grams mayo (preferably light mayo) 10 grams tomato ketchup 5 grams mustard 3 grams worcestershire sauce 5 grams black pepper 3 grams salt 5 grams sugar 5 grams chilli powder/cayenne Mustard is very strong and can overpower the mayo and ketchup easily. Moreover you dont really taste the mustard in most fast food chains. The mustard used in the vid is way too high. Omit the chilli powder if you dont want it to be spicy. Given in weight for accuracy. Done. Thank me later.
It's a nice video but it would have been best if you had prisicely written down the ingredients and procedures.....bcus I would really love to try this at home 😊😊
so basically all the sauces mixed together. got it

This is really good!!! I added 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste to this and it kicked up 28.3 notches.
Thank you!!!
28.3 is a good notch kicking 🤜🏻🤛🏻
pro tip: you can watch series on flixzone. I've been using them for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
@Pablo Dustin yea, been using Flixzone for since november myself :D
Ha ha ha you r very funny
That's odd, I added the tablespoon of anchovy paste and only kicked up 27.9 notches. Maybe I am using the wrong paste.

Don't forget to throw in some engine oil and blinker fluid.
