- My kids are always wanting to eat takeout but today I decided to make their favorite and save a couple of bucks!
Home made beef chalupas!!
For the chalupa shells
3 cups flour
1Tbs baking powder
1Tsp salt
2tbs vegetable shortening
About 1 1/2 cup warm milk
Meat
1tbs salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder
1tbs cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water
Sauce
1/2 cup mayo & sour cream
3tbs chipotle in adobo
1/2 tbs paprika, garlic powder, onion powder,
Chicken bullion, black pepper
