This game focuses more on the tragedy of war rather than the glorification of it akin to most Roblox games of this genre. Everything from the color palette, to the voice lines to even the victory screen, is intent on reminding you of the tragic and brutal nature war can inflict.
the victory screen isnt really even a victory screen. it just says how many deaths there were and which nation won, not you.
In the game you can find some civilian mourning for their losses and then you’ll find a 16 yo girl named sandra, well let’s not talk about her
It’s crazy how real a game can feel, even if it’s just Roblox.

i played this game 2 days ago and i remember hunkering down in a trench during an artillery strike and a guy in front of me saying "keep going!", walking forward, and immediately getting turned to a red mist by the artillery

All the maps actually also have names and take place on a specific year.
Boomtown, canonically called Blackton, takes place in 1908, and is the first battle of the South Corvus War, with the Corvusians attacking and the Cetans Defending.
Coastal Batteries, Canonically called Battery Q takes place in 1909, and is a Cetan assault on a Corvus naval battery group. The Horn is from the Cetan Battleship Mira, and the reason why both sides can die from the naval fire is because the crew of the battleship were not properly briefed on the mission, thua they shot wherever fighting was intense.
Gridlock, Canonically called Capri field takes place in 1911, and its Corvus Attacking Cetus home soil. The artillery is coming from a Corvus Airship above.
Update: this are 2 new maps from the Southern Frontier Update.
Mons Planus takes place in Southern Cetus in 1912, and its between Antares and Cetus.
Whitemouth Estuary, also Known as Goldcrest, takes place in 1912, after the Fall of Cetus, where the Cetan' Exercitus Maris, or the Army of the Sea attempted to take back a piecenof their homeland, now occupied by Both Antares and Corvus.

What sets this game apart from other Roblox war games, or games like it; is that it has no gamepasses. Normally, anti-war games on Roblox will have gamepasses (even though it's about reminding you of the tragedy of war). But, that's just my take on it
The only ‘’gamepasses’’ are obtained by winning all battles in a campaign.
The sound design and voicelines on this game is godlike

This game is bad optimized copy of BF1...every sounds in this game are from BF1, voice lines, gun shoots, explosions...everything is are from BF1...why bad optimized? if you have Intel HD graphics you can run BF1, but this game run in low fps

must say, the overstimulation of all the sounds then replaced by deafness in one of the best designs this game has.
Also the absolute stubbornness of some matches on the final map is incredible. I had a round like that one time where we where able to push out after around an hour. The round lasted so long that I was not able to see who won in the end though.

You can literally go deaf if artillery explodes too close to you in the game.

Karelia: Frontlines, in my opinion is the most underrated Roblox War game. It by far has one of the most unique and realistic mechanics and movements that make it incredibly hostile to new players, but if anyone dares persist through the suffering of being farmed by a Finnish Sapper with a Carcano on Mannerheim (Midderhell) they will enjoy this game thoroughly for it's beautiful maps, intense combat, and me personally haven't played in a while but they also added a Viipuri map, Soviet Assault Sappers, and BAYONETS.
Update: Viipuri was removed and Mannerheim got revamped so you no longer get sniped, still the Maxim tho.

As a person who plays this game I had a round of gridlock that lasted 2 hours there where 5k dead at the end of it.
We where pushed back all the way to A and mannaged to comeback somehow and win
5k only in 2 hours? i got 2-3k in 30-40 minutes i can't really remember but it was my first time playing the game and my first time seeing quadruple digits in an FPS game, which i would expect triple digits because i played entrenched which would get 180-200 deaths
I had an experience similar to that. We got pushed back to A and managed to push all the way back and win. The game was between 1hr 15min to 1.5 hrs and also over 5k dead.
this game genuenly causes ptsd lol I remember a few days ago waking up at 4 am having a bad dream about literal artillery sounds and sirens, I felt kinda weird and stupid after that lol

I'm gonna be honest, the one time I played this game I hated it, mainly because no-one was nearby me where I spawned and I just got instakilled by some guy when I was trying to find the frontlines, but seeing actual gameplay of it I am thinking of trying it out again.

Its so fun to get on the game for 30 mins, getting some headshots, get blasted by mortar, playing same maps and same thing over and over then get off and never touch it again

The screams and cries makes this game realistic and nice along with all the gunshots and artillery, and with the ending only showing the deaths and a bitter message tops it all off

Legit the best game, especially the valley of death map, so much PTSD, and if you get grenade and be grenadier, you can get 4 grenades in total

In Grindlock i was in a game with +12000 kills and 5 hours of game, that was definitly something xd
The best part is just how suicidal the fighting becomes when a team is pushed to the last point on that last map. I’ve seen it devolve into just constant charges and counter charges. I played in a game where I think we reached 4-5k losses. That tunnel is just a constant slaughter

@@John_.Fallout_real dude fr I remember on the farm map there was an enemy charge coming and I shot the flame trooper in the head, then shot the tanks and caught half the enemies on fire, then beyonet charged and killed 1 who got lucky, then I shot 3 more in the head and actually survived long enough to nearly reach their trenches.

I played on a purely trench map, 5k deaths over 42 minutes. I played on a map where both sides have tanks that spawn alternatively, I didn’t even get to finish it. I forgot the kills but we were at 80 minutes and the same starting position💀
imp the officer is kinda useless but really fun combat class. It make me feel like a commissar and the revolver is really deadly
I love hiding in the bushes with my sabre and am-bushing them enemies tho
