Old "Crane Canada - Neuday? " toilet from 1961 in my apartment!

I wanted a new toilet for awhile as this one doesn't perform well at all. All of the original tank parts were replaced a long time ago before I moved in 8 years ago. The flush isn't great and I have to hold the handle the entire time for it to work correctly. All other fixtures ( Sink and Bath \ Shower ) Are from the same company.

If I could have given it away, I would have... Unfortunately, since I am a tenant in this apartment building, I had no say on what they did with it. I would hope as it still worked they donated it for people who would need it, but not likely IMO. RIP
