Not even close. In italy, near the UTMB track there is the toughest by far: the Tor des Geants 330 km or 205 miles, 24'000 D+ or 78'740 feet. Time limit 150 hours.
Who can survive win the opportunity to partecipate at Tor des Glaciers: 450 km 32'000 D+ (280 miles and 105'000 feet climb) in less than 190 hours
