Mr. Fraud, thank you for this excellent talk. My “ Five Remedies For Overcoming Sadness, by STA” have been on my fridge door since I first heard you speak about them 7 or 8 years ago when I came across Pints With Aquinas.....well done Mr. Fradd.

In all love and respect, Catholics preach a different gospel.
Dear Catholic, is it not true that Catholics teach, "Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord, is baptized Catholic and partakes of Catholic communion MIGHT be saved"? If you are a Catholic, I challenge you to either deny or affirm this doctrine! Yet, no Catholic ever will! They all smokescreen! That is because Paul wrote, "Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved." No, Catholics dishonor apostolic tradition by contradicting the Apostle Paul!
Yet, I met Christ - just by asking! "Ask and you shall receive." I know the Lord and the Holy Spirit abides with me. He bears witness that i am saved (Romans 8.16). Yet, Catholics pervert the simple beauty of the gospel, making it about them! Yet, Jesus Christ is the light of the world.

      1 Corinth 9:27
"But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become DISQUALIFIED." (NKJV)
Here Paul talks about a possibility of himself being disqualified (not saved).
      Matthew 24:13
"But he who endures to the end shall be saved."
Again, here Jesus talks to his disciples about remaining faithful UNTIL THE END so that they can be saved.
Many blessings to you my brother, and may your journey bring you to find the real Truth.

@@jamesv2471 Hi. Here is a copy of my post that you simply ignored. Let's try it again!

However, Paul's gospel is, "Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved." Am I mistaken or do you preach a different gospel? Paul wrote, "Whoever preaches a different gospel, let him be accursed." You cannot say that I did not warn you! Jesus Christ is the light of the world.

@@kenshiloh Jesus is Christ our lord and our God. If Jesus is the savior, he needs to be saving you from something. I agree that Jesus saves us through faith but I can not say that we are saved by faith alone. To say this would be to niglect the fact that we still sin to this day.
"You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and _not by faith alone"_ James 2:24

@@thethreefriends3002 Hi. Concerning James 2, the context is Abraham, who believed in God and it was counted to him as righteousness. Hence, those who abide in Christ will bear much fruit. That is, faith without works is dead, as a person who knows Christ bears much fruit, just as the sun filling the sky produces a new morning. Remember Paul's words, "You are saved by grace through faith, not of works, lest any man should boast." Catholics are quick to quote James, but I have never heard a Catholic comment on this verse!
Jesus said, "This is eternal life, that you know God and Jesus Christ Whom He has sent." Conversely, to those condemned, Christ will say, "Depart from Me; I never knew you." That is, your salvation is based totally upon whether you know the Lord, whether you have 'rivers of living water,' whether the Holy Spirit bears witness that you are saved. Once filled with the Holy Spirit, yes, you will bear much fruit - hence faith without works is dead. Yet, we are saved simply by knowing Christ!
Do you know Him? Jesus Christ is the light of the world.
