Thanks John, I’m 63 now and when I was a kid we used the square elastic, No ready made ones to the best of my knowledge, I’ve made my grandson a catapult using the theraband gold flat elastic but wasn’t sure how to proceed with one for me using the round elastic, not sure how to attach the pouch side yet though
Hi guys and Jhon of course i am new to trying to hit anything with a slingshot i prefer the rifle atm but i waned to ask what about the ball in the tube method i think this would be easy for me as i have the slit style forks on my catapult and it twould be easy for me to change any helf or info would be awesome. cheers Matt

Can I affix Theraband gold flat bands to a tubular Frame. I just so happen to have an old (Walmart I think) tube frame with a really comfortable wrist brace on it. Just curious if its possible as I've also got spare rubber. Would you mind making a vid showing the best way to do so in your opinion?

Hi tried it but when I pull mine it slips the rivets seem to spin and ellastic slip
I bought sqaure tubes through Milbro. And when I'd try to pull through witb string. They'd snap. Or the string would cut trough making them weak.
sorry to ask but is the flat band supposed to fold over the top of the forks

It looks like a combo between British match stick method and Mexican style attachment .

No
Harpoon elastic is solid rubber with no hollow center.
I must say tubes are tougher and easier to work with i just don't get the accuracy with them though for some reason
