I just ordered one of these and cant wait to get it love the options with this catty new shooters this should be your first catty as you can try every possible way to rig up your catty - TTF, OTT, flat bands, tubes find what you prefer and you also have the hours of fun finding out which way you prefer to shoot.
I wish I had known this before I went through all trouble to cut out the pre-marked slots in my scout. Perhaps you should put these attachment methods in the Scout manual.
+Ronnie Durbin There was not need to cut slots with the use of FlipClips. It sounds as though you may have one of the very first Scout slingshots. The current Scouts ship with FlipClips and fully detailed instructions for their use.

How do you measure looped tubes? For a 33.5 inch draw length the Active Band Length would be 6-3/4 inches for flat band. Would I use 13.5 inches of tubing (plus an appropriate amount for tying onto pouch and attaching to the forks)‽

I could see this because of the slippery frame. I guess the plugs are the best way to go.

This is the 2040 Looped Tubes, so it is 4mm thick.
