Every person has a unique microbiome. Without a real test, any brand of supplement could not only cost a lot of money, but actually hurt your biome

Stop eating the stuff you know is bad first. Stop buying that stuff. Then move off bread, potatoes and switch from rice to cauliflower rice. Use only real butter or ghee, no margarine. Do your best to eliminate sugar and learn the names. There are a lot of names for sugar. You will need to read labels, but you will learn which foods are safe for you - they mostly do not have a label! You can do this.

I saw their product and the one that was recommended for me, after taking the quiz, had polyphenols because I don't eat fruits and veggies. I concluded that this product is not for carnivores. Dr. Boz said that Dr. Shawn Baker said that carnivores have lots of what this product gives you. So, we don't need it.

Dr Boz did you know that there is an antihistamine that keeps my A1C at 4.2. I previously had a A1C of 5.7 I went on this medication and my A1C dropped immediately. I found it amazing. It’s hard to get, is an old medication, but can be compounded or ordered from other countries. I found a paper written on it and it was proven to do this. It would change the whole Diabetic scene and the government and big pharma would probably go broke. No wonder they quit using it in the United States.

I’m going to continue because I feel great, but I’m just so discouraged at this point and have accepted the fact that maybe this is genetic? My dad is the same way. Does this need to be taken continuously ?
I'm curious why we need to keep taking them? once the colony is started shouldn't it stay? or what are we missing that is killing it? are we not actually getting to the root of the problem by simply putting the bacteria back in the gut?
