What happens to the grease no chance to drain it ?..also I made ur bunt pan chicken gravy mashed potatoes followed exactly..dough was raw inside..looked great on outside...threw it in the trash..

I would of grilled the burgers and the buns instead of cooked them in the oven. No grease and the cheese and mushrooms would of still good just fine.
Looks good but i cant do the hot sauce and will have to decide which substitute to use. I haveca few in mind😊😊
