Definitely enjoy the softer cookies versus the hard/crunchier ones! I was having a cup of coffee while watching this, and I was like "man, I am glad to have had this cup of coffee; those cookies look sooo rich and decadent" ahaha
Wow, thank you everyone for 1000 (edit: 10k??!!?!?!) views! I'm glad you guys enjoyed the video :D I upload a new video every Monday where I challenge myself to try out new recipes, so please subscribe if you're interested :) And of course, if you guys have any suggestions for what else I should try to make, let me know! Update: Thanks for 100 subscribers!! Maybe it's not a lot of subscribers compared to other TH-camrs, but I'm thankful for each and every one of you and I'm glad you all are enjoying my content and want to see more :) I'll do my best to keep making interesting and fun content for you all!
Hey, hoping you see this comment! Loved the video, just curious how much chocolate you’d recommend adding. I agree that the pound sounds like too much, and turns this from a chocolate chip cookie to a ball of chocolate with some dough. So what would you recommend? 1/2 pound? 3/4?
Did you adjust the recipe's temperature by any chance? i saw comments in the video that stated that the temperature was too high and recommend to lower it and increases the time span. What do you recommend and did you utilize a convection structure?
"...since we kirreelee travel right now?" 4 yr old valley gurl. Why would I want to laugh out loud because some of my chocolate came broken? Good recipe though.
Joshua Weissman's would be proud
TH-cam recommended me this video after watching Weissman's and I'm glad it did
glad you enjoyed! :D

Tell me you are a fan of Alvin's videos ! The way he presents his stuff is so much similar. The smiley face on top of the cookies ;) I love it!
@@Ykoum123 i've watched a few here and there but i'll definitely have to watch more if you recommend them! 😮😮

yeah i think you're right on the money! probably 1/2 - 3/4 lb depending on how much chocolate you prefer in your cookies :)
I just found your channel and you are awesome.. good job 👍
they look so yummy!
Here before your 100K subscriber milestone
Nicely done 👍🏻
Damn, i'll be able to say that i was one of your first 100 subscribers!!!
If you browned the butter, that would make the cookies more delicious. Papa would be proud with your video.
*furiously takes notes*
Loved this video :) How much chocolate would you recommend using instead of the full pound?
hmmm depending on how much you like chocolate, probably 8-12 oz of chocolate would be good :)
I LUV CHEWY COOKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found a good recipe that requires no cake flour- but the melted butter would probably change the recipe a bit, but in a more flavorful way
I tried them like 2 days ago ooo god they were good
I've made these a couple times. In my opinion, they are best the next day, not fresh. Great vid!
:o good tip!!
Try a few minutes in the broiler -- it's very clear by the browning on the original product that they spent some time under an intense heat element
that wasn't in the recipe, but i'll try it next time!
Did you adjust the recipe's temperature by any chance? i saw comments in the video that stated that the temperature was too high and recommend to lower it and increases the time span. What do you recommend and did you utilize a convection structure?
i think i followed the recipe straight from the video and i don't have a convection oven haha 😅
Lovely 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
Does the middle part of the cookie seem too mushy?
They are HUGE cookies! I made them with less chocolate though!
YES haha definitely too much chocolate
@Princess Marshella Horman thank you! I had a obsession with it a few years ago lol
What do you use to film your videos? What do you use to edit your videos?
Thanks in advance!
I use a Sony A6400 to film and Premiere Pro to edit!
@@cookingwimp981 Thanks for the advice!
now i can confidently make the recipie and reduce the chocolate :)
the video is great but it could be better if the music is more quiet or without music at all
i have a chiller and quieter version of this video if you prefer that :)
@@cookingwimp981 yess love ur videos ❤️

I made these and I can agree! Definitely way too much chocolate. Still delicious though
It’s messed up you didn’t decide to do this before you left Ohio. Just saying
oops :P
but i'll make some when i come visit don't worry :)
You were supposed to chop the chocolate bars into small pieces not quarter them
For me big chuck of chocolate is better than small pieces and now mostly people prefer big chunk of chocolate in their cookie
