  • @Kno_Buddy
    @Kno_Buddy ปีที่แล้ว +392

    It’s all metaphorical. He’s been sober since December 2007. On the set of 8 Mile in 2001 between helping with the script, acting, writing music, recording, and producing the soundtrack he was only sleeping two hours or less a day and he started taking sleeping pills so that he could sleep. He became addicted to them and when his best friend Proof died April 2006 his addiction just really escalated until he overdosed and almost died in 2007 and went into a coma for a few weeks. He went into rehab and got out early 2008 and he’s been sober since, no drugs or alcohol. His sponsor is his friend Elton John and as a show of friendship when Elton John got married EMINEM sent a gift, a matching pair of solid gold, diamond encrusted cock rings in a carrying case on a red velvet pillow.

      I still find interesting the fact that one of his best friends and sponsor is Elton John, they are 2 people you would think would have nothing to do with each other at all. Eminem can easily claim to be at the pinnacle of rap skill today and this is a good example of that.

While the video touches on various topics plaque-ing the world. He picks up the Bazooka from a pile of school books to take out the armed adversary. The product placement phone he's being filmed on. The alcohol references. The the rehab/mental patients spinning in the chair with bleached blonde hair who is played George formally of the REACT channel before all the controversy and was one of the many that quit the channel. George also plays the Eminem fan with the pale blue bandana wanting autograph. Eminem is also standing on a pile his revival album, which he and many fans consider by far his worst album, then he's buring his former self in the trunk. Like i said, levels to this video.

    Eminem's rugged look is something he adopted after The Marshall Mathers LP 2(2013), the album Rap God is from, with the release of Revival(2017), which beat Relapse(2009) as his lowest rated and most hated album
    "why are you making out with a basketball?" because they made visual elements in relation to his lyrics "lick the balls" "i'm in a mental hospital" "you just pulled a pistol on the guy with a missile launcher" "like a liar's pants i'm on fire"
    Cole Bennett managed to invite Mike Tyson to take part in the music video since they were making references to Eminem's older songs and projects throughout the music video. The reason they had Mike was Eminem's lyrics on Just Don't GIve a F*** ("You gettin' knocked the **** out like Mike Tyson") which plays in the parking lot during Em and Mike's short convrsation
    Eminem's been completely sober and hasn't touched alcohol or drugs since 2008, after a near death overdose in 2007
    If you want more Juice WRLD check out Doomsday by Juice and Cordae. It was recorded as some sort of freestyle with both when Juice was alive, but they apparently hadn't had the chance to release it until recently. THe music video is 10/10, a single take type where Cordae plays both himself and Juice as his face is changed with a deepfake

      Hey there, @davidsiatatgaming! Well, well, well, what do we have here? Could you only mention part 1 of that Eminem solo after mentioning part 2? Oh, you sneaky little line-stealer, you! Just kidding, my friend. But seriously, you forgot to mention that part 2 of that song comes with a music video, too! Trust me, you want to take advantage of it. It's got everything - drama, action, comedy, romance (just kidding, that's not Eminem's thing). So, go ahead and read my comment for the whole story. You won't regret it!

    I may be off, but my take of the song is that slim shady was like godzilla. No one was safe, and shady was the persona thay came out when em was inebriated. The entire song is a double for his persona.

    Juice Wrld was supposed to have much more of a part in this song, but he passed in the muddle of its production. If you look when Eminem is standing on the mountain of emblems, most of the ones floating around him are Juice Wrlds.

    You don't need to do a react to it but you need to watch the Anderson Cooper interview Eminem did where he took the word Orange which has no typical rhyming words and made words rhyme with it. It shows how natural and smooth he is when writing raps

    I know this is an old video. But Eminem did a virtual concert in fortnite the other day. And he did the song. And had juice world featured in there as well as this big giant character. Obviously I have no idea what kind of thought he actually puts into these things. But I feel like he did this song because he knows the younger generation connected with juice world. And almost till like memorialize him. Might be thinking way too deep but lol thought I would share

    G'day, Maggie, that was a really cool reaction. I loved it so much. Eminem is the GOAT of all rapers and all these new rapers can learn a thing or two from him. I would like to recommend Marilyn Manson's "The Beautiful People" it's a really cool song. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see what you react to next. Maggie, I hope you and your family are having a really good day/night. Sending you good vibs and love from Australia. 🇦🇺🤠✌️🔥

    An eample of Em's lyrical acrobatics here:
    "Fill 'em with the venom and eliminate 'em
    Other words I Minute Maid 'em."
    First line can also be heard as:
    "Fill 'em with the venom and I lemonade 'em"
    because Minute Maid makes lemonade, and some animals inject a venom that liquefies the innards of their prey, which is then consumed, like lemonade out of a Minute Maid can.
    It's Em's lyrical version of "I eat fools like them for breakfast, and they nourish me" (by giving him more material to turn into rap songs).
    The man is a genius with vocabulary! 😳

    The Godzillas behind Eminem are actually pretty similar to, but less bulky than, the suits worn by actors in the Godzilla movies that are produced in Japan; until recently Japanese productions of the Godzilla franchise used an actor in a suit to portray Godzilla.

    • @AndrewSmoot
      @AndrewSmoot 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      One year later, it might've been easier, and cheaper, for the production of this video to create their own knock-off Godzilla suits than try to obtain true Godzilla suits.
