    Great explanation, Forrest! Patangali then discusses performing Samyama “on” something. So how do we take this ability and then aim it? How do we add the target into the mix.

    Know this is bit off subject but is there any chance you could do a video with some in depth explanation of the "Thokar" process? Have seen and been taught several diff variations and would be great to get some detailed info from you regarding it

    It definitely will work a tiny bit lol. I still have trouble with when I go into deep focus that I end up tensing up because I'm accidentally forcing..... I'm getting much much better with it though....
    But what happens still is because of my PTSD symptoms and the complex trauma going on, It can be quite painful with intense pressure and it's pretty hard to not focus in such a way.....
    But your ocean of bliss statement helped me with that... To where? I started focusing on the rest of what's out there more than the pain... And I've been in deploying the cute baby meditation a lot of the past few months. Pretty sure if I keep continue for a few more months I'll be hitting higher levels of bliss than I have been. So far. I only have 2 weeks where I was really quite blessed out and it went away and I have not been able to get it back. Though I haven't completely tried, I did set intentions, but as you're discussing right now, trying would be the wrong thing. Set the intention and let it flow. Thanks as always! PNL with TLC brother

    You know I would love to see you do an episode where you're just being interviewed about your spiritual awakening and journey to become a yogi.... I and I'm sure others would be very interested to hear some of the details behind it. As well as to have somebody put a clinical explanation to the symptoms that go on during a spiritual awakening that most of our world does not understand is the actual medical process..... I definitely did not understand that.... And nobody in my immediate circle understands it at all.... Wish some of them did lol
    But it's kind of becoming very important that the whole world does start to understand that spiritual awakening or ascension symptoms are actually real... And able to document as well as put a quality, and sometimes even a quantity to measurements. Something like that will help the the awakening in the western world, by leaps and bounds.....
    So we can get rid of some of the seemingly negative connotations about the whole ordeal. And I have to be honest, it's real easy to listen to things we talk about and be like okay buddy, these guys didn't take their meds today... As we've been conditioned very well for that.... But I digress, we will serve our morning coffee strong and straight, and a strong tea for those whom do not enjoy coffee.... It's already brewed and ready to be served up...
    Good morning, my fellow awakening souls.

    I love your channel!
    I'm quite new to HRV resonance... does anybody know if it's okay to breathe in through the mouth? I ask because i have difficulty breathing in through the nose...

    • @jonny3003
      @jonny3003 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I have made the observation that if and how good I can breath through my nose changes. When starting to meditate/relax I might get too little air to breath comfortably, so I breath through my mouth. But very often the more relaxed I become the better the breathing through the nose works. The nose seems to have it's own dynamic depending on the relaxation level. So after a while I switch to nose only breathing. Maybe you can observe it too?
      Generally I don't think that breathing through the mouth influences HRV resonance that much, but you'll get a dry mouth when doing it for too long.

      @@jonny3003 okay I will try that. Sincere thanks for the reply.

      It's okay to start out with breathing through the mouth if necessary. You can still get into HRV resonance with the mouth breath. And as it continues watch the nose and see if it begins to open up because the breath States will begin as you enter the parasympathetic and it will cause the turbinates to shift inside of the nose which will often clear it. See if this happens to you within a short period of time and then you can begin using the nose which is much better for your body and for the practice
