    I would suggest another thing; instead of focusing on the eye centre, which, because people often look up and strain their eyes, can be a problem, they focus their attention without looking up, in front of their forehead on the space in front of their forehead and rest in that space of the akasha, the true inner sky, two to four inches in front of the forehead so you start to experience spaciousness. It will not cause eyestrain or tension in the head and leads to expansion of consciousness.

    Forrest, thanks for this video. Years ago I was hyper-focused on the kutastha. It led to eye strain and headaches. Eventually, on my own, I learned to "rest my mind" on the medulla. Soon after, I watched one of your videos where you talked about the medulla, so I was grateful for the confirmation.
    And here it is, a couple of years later you posted this video, which has resonated deeply with me.

    1:36 It's definitely not all about the spiritual eye though. And I'm very glad that 3 years ago when I was seeing it a A few times a week, that I started taking into grounding more because I started having spontaneous popping out of body In the worst situations. Like driving for work. Yeah, not something that can happen......
    Also would see incredible amounts of colors and orbs throughout my day. Also would have a lot of tension up through my head. So a while back from your advice I took to grounding all the time. And I still do a full chakra from grounding up to my crown and often from my crown to the ground. But I'm very glad that I didn't just sit on the spiritual eye like that. I don't think it would have ended well for me to tell you the truth. So thanks once again Forest for your advice

    Dear Forrestji, thank you again for this great video. Your loving kindness is giving me back my hope for humanity and myself!
    But I am little bit confused, because even if I am centering awareness on the medulla, it also shifts into the heart and settles there. Sometimes it is in the medulla and the heart at the same time.
    So the question is, if this also right or if I have to shift it back out of the heart. Asking because I am really heart centered person.

    So, lately I have been at the eye a lot, but its because that is where my concicousness has rolled up and exapanded to as you have said. And it was a bit horrifying because I have explained some of the issues I have had physically, so I was a bit afraid for it to get here, But as I asked the energy to be gentle. Well it was gentle, and yes there is A LOT of discomfort, mainly my right side of my head and jaw and ear. But it has lately been going more and more into expanded out and starts feeling as if I have a million tiny hands messaging my crown. I try to sit there but there is still much discomfort throughout my right side to where its a bit hard to hold it. Since this has moved mainly to my head, and yes it feels like my head will pop, but I trust it at this point so I can sit through it better. Ohm Jopra is used everyday, and HRV is used everyday, and I ground every day and its been a life saver. I do rest in the medula and that is often when I get the incredible massage feeling. I remember the first time you tod me to go into the medula. As soon or before you even finished saying it, boom so much released. Because my body said yes, I didnt even do anything. I had a very very intense vision of the spiritual eye, more than ever just yesterday. I do have to say that I feel as if I am getting deep into the para but still have much discomfort that I am taking my focus off. Both go on at the same time, when will the discomfort stop. We are on the 5th year I think! lol. I also had a very insane amount of lucid dreams, and a few projections since this has moved to my head. I can tell my third eye is very open. Seeing orbs constantly and they are like a mini sun, and at night at times I will have color with my eyes open in the dark, with colors doing things much like being on a psychadelic. I will admit, this whole stage had been something I was a little scared of, Part of that is because it was trying to happen about 3 years ago when I was having WAY more trouble in life. And it was to much to fast, but I asked it to be gentle, and it really has. Thank you Forrest, I wanted to let you know since we spoke before, to know where my journey is progressing. So I get the freeze, roll up, and from the heart, but my throat is very very blocked, however I can still let it go past, but as it does it hurts bad, not bad enough I cannot let it past. But is it okay for both to go on like that???? Every thing you say as a proof or what should go on, does go on with me like everyday for over a year. Thank you for your help Forrest, it is very realistic that I could have had a mental break a few years back when this was all intensely going on and I knew nothing of what was happening. Thank you!     I know this sounds weird, and even egotistical, but I make no claims. So, through all this experience my main spot thhat is blocked if behind me from my solar plexus to my crown. I get energy past it, but have much trauma I have had to adress in that spot, and it is not gone. What has helped me clear this is pretending I have wings, that I am expanding and you guessed it a halo!!! lmao. Its crazy but it was helped take away that block for further expansion.
    So a trick I use for lossing body parts or all of it, is go ahead and stick your tongue out of your moth close your mouth around it and leave it to feel the air. Put all your focus on it. Then look for that same feeling with your body. That has helped me be able to easily get rid of parts of my body. I even get past it at times with all the crazy muscle spasing and nerve pain I get. The insane pressure and kind of burning popping feeling. I use that excersise and am often able to not feel it. Surprising I dont leave body at that point. but not really trying. But that tongue excersise has helped me know what to look for on doing all that. I usually cannot stay there to long though, all the pressure usually tightens my breath eventually. then I feel the pressure. Thank you again Forrest.

    Thank you so much Forrest for your videos, they've been so amazing and helpful. I and surely many others appreciate your hard work. :)
    I have a question about the feeling of being outside the body/shell. When I get the feeling of being inside the auric field(s) of the chakra(s), I have noticed that if I am not careful, I can accidently or purepedsly "wobble" the energy inside, specifically I will do this clockwise. The issue/concern is, once it starts, it doesn't stop until I sleep. And I noticed that if I do it with the heart chakra especially, it can actually cause quite a lot of strain on that part of the nervous system/heart. Do you have any tips for mentally/physically avoiding and/or resetting that wobble feeling?

      @@RichardHasledine that sounds like an experience of the third knot. This experience went on for quite a while for me, and then I let go of the body to a deeper degree and it didn't come over me so strongly. So I would allow that to progress naturally, and take it easy and tell you feel more comfortable with it and it becomes more manageable.

    This was a very informative video. Thank you as always. However, while doing OM japa or HRV my mouth becomes filled with saliva and after a while I have to swallow which I feel breaks my continuity. Is it right to have a mouth full of saliva?

      @@parulchauhan5106 when we get into HRV resonance then certain processes in the body turn back on and one of these has to do with our saliva production so this is actually a wonderful sign of health. Just swallow and it's a minimal amount of movement so you're not going to break the freeze that much🪷🙏 it will slow down with a little bit of time🪷🙏
