I am so upset. I got my vertuo pop and right out the box, blinking red light signaling machine error. I haven’t even had one single cup of espresso from this thing! Such a disappointment!
Concentraded Extraction???
good morning, I bought my machine in October, after the first coffees, I notice that, the coffee came with a lot of foam, and not much coffee, and this is in expresso coffee, I live in Portugal. I already send it to nespresso to fix it, but the problem remains, can you give me any tip on how to solve it ? thank you and have a happy new year.

Just bought this about an hour ago. Followed the instructions to clean it but it never dispensed water and started blinking red. Now it doesn’t turn on.. what am I supposed to do about that?

User error - not sure how to fix this - based in Australia, had machine for only 3 months old, done all cleaning, descaling, resets - still blinking red :-( 3rd machine to fail!

So I just got the MACHINE ERROR blinking after a few months of usage. What should I do? There is nothing in the User's Manual regarding this.

@nespresso Hey, thanks for the prompt reply. I live in Cambridge, UK. I think it might just need a descaling. I unplugged it and let it cool down, and when turned it back on again I now get the initial orange blinking light which it hadn't show me before. It can't finish the pod though, it stops halfway through and changes to double red blinking again. I ordered a descaling solution which I'm gonna apply tomorrow.

What does concentrated extraction mean?
Hi Rogerio, the coffee volume will be reduced, resulting in a more concentrated brew allowing the aroma and flavours of the coffee to be enhanced. Many thanks.
Thanks for the prompt response. I just got a Vertuo Pop machine and confirmed that it has the concentrated extraction feature. On a more specific question: If I use a 230ml pod, how long will the resulting coffee be using the concentrated extraction? How about the 150ml pod? Is the resulting coffee always the same, regardless of the pod I use or it will be a fraction of the original volume? Thanks in advance.@@nespresso

Para que o processo seja realizado corretamente, a máquina precisa estar emparelhada no App e com Wi-fi e Bluetooth ativados (até para que as atualizações ocorram corretamente) - e para extrair a dose reduzida, basicamente deve-se dar um duplo clique no botão e a luz pisca de cor verde. Para realizar o processo corretamente siga o passo a passo:
Coloque na máquina a cápsula de sua preferência;
Aguarde a máquina estabilizar e a luz ficar parada;
Dê um duplo clique no botão e está pronto!

Blinking red and stopped working after 7 weeks. Could not be bothered with the trouble of fixing. Ridiculous product. Just going to buy another brand machine when on sale. You'd think it'd be in their interest to have well functioning, easy to maintain machines. After all customer for life with capsules when they do. I used 3 to 5 a day. Going to give my remaining boxes to a neighbour.
