my question is can i put the xcortec x3300w suppressor on the lvoa? this is gonna be my main deciding factor between the trident mk2 and the lvoa.
I have a g&g tr4-18 atm and am wondering if this would be any sort of upgrade or would I get basically the same performance , any help would be great in any (if any) differences in the two guns
Note: Fire selector issue Tim pointed out applies to ALL of the LVOA-S models. Not sure about C models
Do you not find it hard to get a decent wet(tea) in the states?
I have a krytac trident pdw-m and I noticed the same thing with my fire selector switch, it feels much stiffer on the right side than it does the left.

I miss the old M4 designs, things like the original Sopmod and such. Not really a fan of how the industry has moved more towards replicating civilian rifles instead of military rifles.
CasInbound FINALLY someone who appreciates the finer things in life. I am so tired of all of this keymod/M-LOK/PDW garbage. I truly despise the movement towards civilian replicas as well- I think it’s because the big gun companies are licensing out their stuff or creating their own airsoft divisions in order to promote their products to a captive audience of future buyers.
CasInbound wait. You mean that the military doesn't hand out these $2500 rifles to every soldier. I understand what you mean but everything has to evolve. Eventually even the military will be using keymod/m-lok as it will become cheaper to produce and buy. In an airsoft companies eyes it may seem that if you pop out a generic looking m4, no one is going to buy it. But if you make something like say, a licensed lvoa, lots of people will go swarming to it
TheCanadianGamer The problem is these modern looking civi guns are becoming generic. It is much harder to find a standard M4A1/SOPMOD that isn't a CM16 these days, especially from high end brands. G&P seems to be one of the last companies do actual replicas, the rest moved onto MK18s and are now doing modern short-cut rifles with billet receivers and stuff.
CasInbound G&G’s Top Tech line still does actual SOPMOD M4s as well, I have one and I think it’s considerably better than a G&P even though it’s an older model.
Seth Segal Yeah I still have one of those, however they are about 5 years old at this point and haven't been updated with G&Gs new internal upgrades.

Its stiffer on the other side because you have less leverage to throw the switch due to it being shorter on that side

1 year old comment? Sure. This is what happens when people don't set their input gains lower. They're constantly hit over 0db input and having compression issues they can't fix in post.

That was definitely an F# on the bolt. I recognize a single G from a mile away thanks to MCR, and this is only slightly lower.

Not a fan of ambidexterous fire selectors, they are known to not function correctly after some time of use, but one can just open up the thing and remove the one or the other so that's just nothing...
Add a umbrella armory r hop then you will have much better accuracy
If i get this and use .3 or .28 gram bb will it still fire in the 400s

Yes. this is why he is a guess host for the review of a KTYAC licensed airsoft gun. (Krytac is the real steel Manufacturer of the Kriss Vector and TIM is the ambassador/sales director for their Airsoft division )
Onizuka GTO Krytac is a airsoft division for Kriss. Tim is one of the marketing managers for both Krytac and Kriss.

It applies on the RS weapon not the airsoft version, basically the gun has been designed this way to do as less flash signature as possible without requiring the use of a suppressor
