the problem with 100m is at 500fps you wouldn't have the joule rating to hit that. I use .45 in a setup designed around that bb and max I can hit is 90m at 500fps with .2.

@@Tkcb2799 well ok you lost a bit range and speed but instead of 5-6 BBs to hit I need 1 or 2 BBs. And wind is a huge variable. barrel is also important I'm using a 590 mm on 6.02 which giving me better result than my 509mm on 6.03 barrel
Some fields won't allow guns over 425 fps that aren't sniper rifles. And they strictly enforce MED on any gun shooting that hot. My local field is one of them.

Personally I think ministry airsoft in Sacramento is a great field for beginners and Stryker is expensive as it’s 50 dollars to rent a gun and mask, at ministry you pay 20 dollars for a gun, bb’s and mask, and the rental guns at Stryker have been used to the point where they jam every 10-15 shots. They are both great fields though.
my set up right now is the Cybergun Kalashnikov AK47 Tactical and a Steyr M9-A1 and i love them both, ive had them both for around 5 years, its been about 2 years since ive played any games or really shot them. i reconnected with my airsoft buddy and weve been talking about setting up some of our games with other friends. today i finally found the battery and charger for the AK and after charging the battery i put it in and it still fires. ive been wanting a different set up like a krytac trident SPR, i love how the gun looks but not 100 percent on everything yet. im trying to read up on as much as i can before buying anything really
A little advice when shooting corners: Rest your hand flat against the wall, and rest your rifle between your thumb and your forefinger. Gives a lot more support than holding it free hand.
