If your an offal eater you can subtract those weights from the original weight loss, and keep the fat to add to lean meat like venison sausages in a later date. Freeze the bones for 30 days, or cook, then your able to feed to your dogs, so no real waste there either. Great vid Benny.

Benny I love the way you cut up those lambs BUT there is a few things that puzzels me and that is . why did that lamb weighing 54.5 kg die 31.5 ? when it should have died around 27kg ive been buying pork , lamb and beef dealing with saleyards/sale barns buying private for years and i only ever had one tip/ram lamb that died up the rest always died half there weight and pork and beef always dies in and around 75% ive nothing against you in any as i said at the start i love your videos i only wish if you could show in your videos right even you stun the animal and bleed out keep those good videos coming
