@@TheShadowfan9000 The patches after ARR 1-50 had actual writing and direction, and the voice actors actually felt like they were alive and gave a shit about the material they had to work with. The problem wasn't the voice actors.
The canon way for the game to be played.
i was playing FFXIV 0.1, there was absolutely no story lines on anything, cap was lvl30 and eventually they removed the sub fee
There was always story, and I think they just never implemented the sub fee til near the end, and the cap in 1.0 was 50.
I really wanted to play 1.0 even if it sucked... But I was 12, a subscription was not something I could afford at the time.
Lmao same
I was signing up for SE account in 2021, then got notice that my email is already been used. Turned out I already had tried to register back in 2010. But Square Enix website being Square Enix website. I managed to register an account, but never found the way to play the game. Until I gave up.
Happened again in 2021. get lost 2 times. Only on my 3rd try, I managed to buy the game, buy the expansion, and managed to find a way to sub.
Thats some terrible voice acting there
2.0 had tremendous improvement which is impressive considering other ff va aside japanese is supee terrible
except for Merlwyb. She suffered a downgrade compared to the others. Its hard to replace the lady who handled ANOTHER HAND TOUCHES THE BEACON from skyrim
omg the voice acting is painful >.>
Thank God it is much better now. I can kind of guess why the voice action is bad in 2.0, I would guess asking voice actors to return for a failed game doesn't make you want to give your best performance
It was horribad. I remember playing 2.0 after 1.0 and noticing this difference in voice acting. lol
bad voice direction. many of the voices were fine, but stuff delivery. The Admiral was better in 2.0 and I like both Alphinauds.
the horrid voice acting lmao
