The only people who truly hate you as a sigma are narcissists. These are the villains who hate sigmas because sigmas are not only immune to their manipulation games, but sigmas enjoy exposing narcissists just for amusement and sport. We're the real-life vampire hunters and narcissists know it.

The reason people betray Sigma Males is because Sigmas make them feel insecure. Sounds like it's their problem. If you're good to people and refuse to put up with abusive or irresponsible behavior that's called having boundaries. Are we supposed to make ourselves small so that no one feels threatened by us. What a bunch of BS! This presentation is garbage. It is not advice from a licensed mental health professional.

Life is rewarding when you get something on your own. Life is amazing when you share it with others. I am more recluse in life now. I have my family and a couple of friends I see from time to time. I have loved, lost, shared and regretted experien es and journeys. I don't begrudge the determined solo person who doesn't need or want anyone. Those who want independence instead of interdependence.
I feel a little sad for them. Sitting alone at the table of life sounds very lonely.
I think Sigma and Alpha etc, are just a state of situational circumstance. Like a motivator for a task.
No anger at someone who only has 1 perspective.

I think insecurity is one of the most important drivers of behavior in the world. Sigmas will never find lasting loyalty or understanding, the majority of people in this time are morally bankrupt or self absorbed, only time finds out peoples ability to stay loyal and truthful to the character they perceive themselves to be. I knew a person who I considered a life long friend who I had shared experiences with good and bad for 37 years and one night when discussing current events and the way I saw them he gas lite me on something I said and then told me that friends of his didn't act the way I was. He has since apologised to me but it's too late the words were spoken and I have not replied to his apology or spoken to him since. It's better for me to be a recluse these days, I have very little in common with the people of this time.

If you hold people to a standard in which even an apology holds zero weight, that's probably just unrealistic. It's like saying that NOBODY can make a mistake. What if you flew off the handle one day and hurt a friend. Then YOU wanted to apologize and did. Then that person rejected you FOREVER. A bit harsh, don't you think?

First time I did not see it coming second time it was clear what was happening. The third time it was a reflection on past actions. This last time I realized the betrayal was on going and I confronted my best friend about it and once I did he showed his true colors. That one definitely cut deep. Now I’m refocused on improving and being there for my other friends. In the end it was a lesson learned.

What an amazing video, I was transfixed by its accuracy! Thankyou, it’s helped made a lot of things make sense :)
Such a shame the majority of people don’t value things like trust, honesty, keeping one’s word etc. I would guess that most of the betrayals that happen (and I can see there are a lot in the comments!) are over material things, status, money, promotions, etc.
But what we can do, is use this superficiality, obsession over status, and need for social validation against them, in the form of a business/product.
We need to realise that most people on this earth are driven by the above emotions. And for sigmas, who tend to be altruistic and honest people, that could the most contradictory and powerful thing to understand…

Had a friend of 30 years. Our friendship required me to go out of my way, while he made little effort. A few years ago he questioned our friendship. That was the sign I needed to ghost him without regret.

Why not just communicate with them. Tell them you feel you're putting in effort and youd like them to do the same or agree to become more casual friends, occasionally hanging out etc.. Ghosting is the easy way out and you learn nothing.

I grew up with little values or a care in the world, that made me a piece of shit as a youngster. In my 20's i turned my life around and adopted "do unto others as if you would have done yourself". I stick by it and it's made my life so much better.
I am a Sigma and I cannot be bought.

dealing with this personally, I Have a real IDAF attitude about a lot of things mostly because I do what I want to do in life regardless about the feelings of others, I've dealt with a few people I guess had insecurity issues regarding that and did things that lost my trust and good will towards them, thing is, once I can't trust or respect you, your no longer somebody I want to deal with, I'm not compromising who and what I am for anybody, its very important to have standards and values you live by even if most people and the world don't have any morals, code of ethics or standards that they live by.
I just don't get how people can betray and disrespect others and think you can go back to the way things are or that things can be fixed, excepting anybody back who disrespects you is inviting the same behavior back into your life from that person.

Jealousy is the biggest problem .. I wish people could just better themselfs instead of trying to bring me down..... let someone hold on to some of your money and see if they spend it.. if they hide it away for when u need it back. U can trust that person 90% of the time

Great video. I have been in a relationship with a narcissist foe four years and I have slowly seen her dissolve my trust, then the other day she betrayed my trust and that is it. I have no people in my life because of the betrayal I have received. Into the wild on my own once again.

I am a Sigma Male, Japanese-American born in Seattle in 1973, and heterosexual. I learned a few things from this video! I get invited along, one on one, or in a group, and I decline, just because I would prefer my alone time. I began to realize just a few years ago, I'm unintentionally stinging these other people, by declining their invitations! I don't mean them any harm, but I'm a lone wolf. But, this video shed some light for me.

People take kindness for weakness. One can be kind, but it's important to project strength. For example, I will often (humbly) flaunt my network. Not to show off, but so that others know that I'm not alone and that crossing me will close many doors for them. I learned this a bit late in life, but it works.

    Betrayed by my best friends.

Hello to all my fellow sigma people. Having experienced all these points, this video hits close to home. We tend to focus on the goal rather than chatter, because there is no time for such things. Spending energy on such counter productive topics make life meaningless and futile. Jealousy and rumors are also detrimental and demotivating. Why can't the world be simple. Everyone minding their own business and doing the best they can.
