This is ISO rated?? Now I'm really impressed. Thanks for being one of the few channels to regularly cover Certina.
The iso rating is a submission that you have to do as a brand, but to have your products compliant you have to ensure the right waterproofness, lume on the markers, hands, and seconds hand + lume pip. and the DS+ watch head has all the requirements in combo with the diving case. thank you, more to come :D

This is a great series by Certina. You could easily have a one watch (head) collection that looks like several, change the case and strap to wherever the mood takes you. Simples. Many thanks for sharing BB.

Certina is underrated. I just wish some of their non dive watches were available in midsize (eg 36 to 38mm): many of the COSC quartz are 40/41mm & the smaller size is 30mm

Many consider a Grail watch their exit watch that allows them to settle (like Rolex, Patek, AP, etc...) If i ever get tired of all this watch collecting and flipping, this Certina DS+ will be my exit watch. It allows me to own just one inexpensive timepiece, but with endless customization possibilities. Flawless concept from Certina!
Don’t fool yourself… once we get into this 🐇 hole…. There is no such thing as an exit watch :))))

Incredible and superb step forward by Certina. A great idea! A lovely brand that has always created beautiful watches (I own two Certina's, my wife has one... beautiful). Watches that don't need big Hollywood actors to be perceived as worthy to be on our wrist.

I am a "I dress how I feel" kinda person, varying from streetwear to smart casual to dressy if need be. So I like to have options. I never imagined myself as a "one watch person" but with this I definitely see how I could.
Only thing missing is a subtle, sophisticated, polished outer case where the 11 o clock screw is integrated in the case, so you can screw it down using a small tool and then it's out of sight. That would make for a very dressy option. The only thing I'm currently missing. With that it's really a jack of all trades. And still a master as well.
Got the Heritage Box right after it came out and love it. Bought also the Diver Case and a leather strap.
It really checks so much boxes.

I got the sport+aqua kit additionally i got an urben silver case and a black leather strap. This kit is genius! I love it! I have so many options its like a watch collection on its own. Everything is built in very high quality replacing the watch head is easy and it will never fall out. I seen similar products but certina made it amezing. Go and get yours i recommend it to everyone. Everyone asks me abt it and in awe when i show them the amount of options. I love my certina ds+!

The urban is my favourite. Despite Certina's usual association with tool watch, I would really like to see some dress watch from them.
20mm lug width tempts me. 19 and 21mm has always turned me off from Certina, but these are really nice. Well done as always!

Urban Case, Grey Dial, Green Nato, that's a great 40mm Field Watch. Love the white dialed diver aswell. Great Concept by Certina this, kind of reminds me of my Pop Swatch from my teens.

Those are really nice! And excellent video, by the way. It's sad and pretty ridiculous that I have to dismiss the entire brand because I have small wrists, though. Hopefully one day they'll realize that people come in multiple sizes.

Yeh I have one and I am very happy with it, looks and feels great and for £1000 it's not out of the way.
I have a Certina DS dive watch. I had issues with screw down crown failure to screw. I had to change it 3 times.

Hi Thomas, I guess it depends on the watches you are used to wear, I recently enjoyed watches with bigger diameters and the DS+ is very good in size for me :)
@@BraveBeaters ive been on a small diameter binge lately. I own anything from 42 to 32mm diameter watches, but ive only worn sub 38mm in the last half year+.

Honestly I don't care about this watch! I'm just here for the nice quality video and your not so perfect english mixed with that lovely accent, reviewing a product. Man!!! You are great, the quality of your videos are getting better and better each time and of course I love the way you talk and your accent and everything. I wish I can do more, sadly having 2 jobs, on a continuous basis (this and 9-6 job) , I will probably burnout faster. I wish I can do 2 proper videos per week. but the effort behind is huge and I don't want to cut from quality for quantity :) I will try from now on, 3 videos per 2 weeks.

Apparently, not yet, they are still, sold as predefined combos. I am waiting for that as well. I will ask them soon :)

I do have an idea... maybe there is a market for a "driver" case also,
the only thing Certina needs to do, is change the slot for the crown
so the 12h marker shifts to a prox 01 h position.

( so I just invented 2 new Certina watch cases for a niche market,
but I probably won't get anything out of their patent 🤓 )

Hi. If you are talking about the cushion one, It's an extra case you can buy separately or with the kit.
That Powermatic move ment is too expensive and troublesome to maintain! Thats very unfortunate!They need to go back to an easily maitained and adjusted caliber!
THat last piece is the lovechild of a Grand Seiko 62GS case (think Shunbun) and a Royal Oak. That's just derivative. But this concept by Certina illustrates that when a watch tries to be everything, it is nothing properly, in my book.
Hard pass on all of them here. I'd prefer a 38mm DS Powermatic 80 diver.

In essence I am not selling anything to anyone, I am presenting thinks as I see them, in this case, I do love the brand, and somewhere deep down I will always help them and expose their products to the people. a thing that I do with other brands as well. 7Friends, genteel handmade, albini prassa, without asking anything in return.
Particularly in this video, because this is sold in multiple ways, as set or separate, I felt I had to clarify this part.
A thing to mention, In general I critique or assess things, based on the product cost. and In this case, below 1000 euros, this product is very good, with all the respect :)
