@@TeamTopKick I moved to 4 corners NM from out of state to be a machinist for oil field work. A huge mistake and a decent paying job is hard to find if a guy was not raised there. Left after starving for 2 years. Glad you are doing well.
@QuantumMechanic2549 yeah alot of places around here it's hard to get hired at the good jobs unless you know someone or related to someone. New Mexico is trash.
@@jaybjornbjornintheusa3039 my trucks a 1990 although technically it's a 1989. Truck was built in 1989 as a incomplete chassis then once all the conversions were done was issues a VIN in 1990. I believe the last year of production for the engines was 1990 or 1991 or 1992 for boats. Of course GM/Detrior did have reman units for years afterwards mines the 230hp version. Thats the highest output in trucks. There were 250hp and even 300hp versions on boats. Theres stickers on the valve covers and one of those will show the year of your engine and its output. That's if your valve cover labels are still intact.
