In the penultimate day of this marvellous trip, Sam has produced what could only be described as the worst pancake I have had the misfortune of EVER witnessing! That was an absolute calamity. Oh, and the precooked pancake is a batter, not a (bread) dough, or a (tooth) paste. My word.

Easy pancakes, 1 cup self raising flour, 1 cup of milk and 1 egg cook till light brown our grand kids love them the more people double the mix and so on then enjoy.
